The days experiences started on the bus to Golden Gate Park where we met our large handed friend Kelly, with Adam's apple, painted lips, and painted eyes gave us some tips about San Francisco sites to see and remarked about the fabulous public transportation.
We entered the park from the East Gate, to see homeless yet to be awakened from their drunken coma. Dirty sleeping bags, guitars, pierced bodies and hair dye. Stopped at the Aids Memorial where we prayed and God spoke. A place that represented much death. Deeper into the park we dismantled a stone altar. Breakthrough.
Landing between the Museum of Science and Museum of Modern Art was a center for music. Key location. Again, venturing out by two's we met more people that were open to receive an experience with the living God.
For our evening, we visited an old friend who provided a warm meal and some rest for us. Then, took the opportunity to pray and minister to our friend who was in need of a touch from God. God touched her and spoke words of lasting change. Cool time, watching God move. Powerful day.
